Account Agreement

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Sharing your account information with others is at your own risk.

  • Names (including character names and guild names) must not impersonate or misrepresent server staff. Doing so will result in an immediate ban.

Account and Item Transactions

Buying, selling, or trading accounts and items for real money or to any other gaming servers not affiliated with D9Games is strictly prohibited. All accounts and items remain the property of D9Games. Violations may result in the permanent ban of your account and any associated accounts.

  • Any attempt to buy, sell, or trade accounts or items will result in immediate action, including but not limited to account suspension or permanent ban.
  • All trades of in-game items must be conducted within the game environment using in-game currency.
  • D9Games is not responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized transactions or scams. Always exercise caution when trading with other players.
  • Reporting any suspicious activity or transactions to the game administrators is encouraged to maintain a safe and fair gaming environment.

Donations and Refunds

All donations made to D9Games are non-refundable. We do not sell credits; instead, we accept voluntary donations which come with credits as a reward. These credits can be used to purchase items or services available on d9gitalgames.com.

The administrators and staff of D9Games are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items, including those purchased with donations.

  • Donations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Donors are treated equally as non-donors in all aspects of the game.
  • Donors who violate rules will face the same consequences as any other player, including potential bans.
  • If a donor account is banned, all associated items will be inaccessible and will not be returned.
  • Minors must obtain parental permission before making any donations.
  • All donations are considered final. Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
  • Donations are used to support the server and improve the gaming experience. There is no guarantee of any additional benefits or privileges beyond the credits awarded.

Digital Products and Services

Hacking, Cheating, and Scamming

  • Using hacks, cheats, or any software that compromises the integrity of the game will result in a permanent ban of your IP, hardware, and account.
  • Exploiting server bugs or engaging in any form of cheating will result in a permanent ban.
  • Scamming other players in any form will result in a permanent ban.
  • All players are expected to play fairly and respect the integrity of the game. Any attempts to gain an unfair advantage through external software, manipulation of game mechanics, or other means will not be tolerated.
  • Report any bugs or exploits to the game administrators immediately. Using these to your advantage is considered cheating and will result in disciplinary action.

Advertising

  • Advertising other 9Dragons-related or non-related gaming sites is prohibited. Violations will result in a permanent ban.
  • Advertising non-gaming related sites, including those with adult content, is also prohibited.
  • Any form of advertising, spamming, or soliciting within the game, forums, or any associated platforms is strictly prohibited.
  • Players are encouraged to report any instances of unauthorized advertising to maintain the integrity of the community.

Accessory to a Rule Violation

Assisting or enabling another player to violate any rules will result in a permanent ban.

  • Any player found to be assisting, encouraging, or enabling others to break the rules will face the same consequences as the primary offender.
  • This includes but is not limited to sharing exploits, providing information on how to cheat, or covering up for a rule violation.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the game is a collective responsibility. Report any suspicious activities or rule violations to the administrators immediately.

Respect for Server and Staff

  • Personal attacks or disrespect towards the server or its staff will not be tolerated. Punishments include character bans, account bans, and IP bans.
  • Challenging staff decisions publicly is prohibited. If you have concerns, address them privately.
  • Staff decisions are final and not subject to public debate. Repeatedly contesting decisions can result in further penalties.
  • Staff have the authority to suspend or block accounts for investigation purposes. Decisions are made to benefit the community.
  • All players are expected to treat server staff and fellow players with respect. Harassment, abusive language, or any form of disrespectful behavior will result in disciplinary action.
  • If you have a complaint or issue with a staff member, follow the proper channels to report it. Publicly attacking or challenging staff decisions is not allowed.
  • Staff members volunteer their time to maintain the server. Any abuse or mistreatment of staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate action.

Free Play Server

This is a free-to-play private server. If you disagree with any rules, game settings, or staff decisions, you are free to leave.

The interpretation and enforcement of these rules are at the discretion of the D9Games administration and can change at any time without prior notice. If you are unsure about a rule or need clarification, please contact a Game Master (Admin).

  • We strive to create a fun and fair gaming environment for all players. If you do not agree with our policies or find the game settings unsuitable, you are free to leave at any time.
  • All rules and policies are subject to change. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any updates or changes.
